On the winter holidays, you can go in length. The nearest slalom slope is the hovfjället (55min)

Farm house on Bergviks villa area, in Karlstad.

Very central accommodation, 500m to, E18 o IKEA, coop, Ica, with several major shops. Large garden, where you have your own secluded, 25m2, large terrace to sit on, directly out from the living room. The patio is sheltered, with a tja hedge and a gulf wall . From the terrace you have a little glimpse of Vänern, when you look over the hedge. Vänern, our large lake, is only 500 m from the cottage. You can walk , the road ahead in our residential area and watch the lake. The terrace is furnished, for nice sunny days.

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Fresh, clean, bright well appointed apartment in a quiet small town on the shores of Lake Vanern. The Pictures are worth 1000 words. 3 Restaurants, 24 / 7 shop 2 minutes away and grocery store one 5 km. Beautiful swimming beach. Perfect for cycling and we have 2 single kayaks and a canoe available. Sleeps 3 but 4th could sleep on a very comfortable couch in the main room. Your private yard has a small bbq and fire pit with a view of the boat harbor. Try us, we think you will like us !

Recharge at our cozy home overlooking the lake! It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock. Two bedrooms plus a guest cabin (extra bedroom or office/studio). Big garden, nature walking trail along the water.

A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire in the fireplace inside or light a fire at the barbecue area outside. For the greatest nature experience you can use the boat that included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Utomhus finns ett nybyggt utekök och matplats samt tillträde till timmerstuga med kokplattor, kökssoffa och matplats. Njut av solnedgången och uppfriskande bad i Fryken.
