Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale spun lake Fryken's south end. This unique home has its very own style that has grown up for the five years we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and SUPS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for itself with the host in his own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. In direct connection to the friend and 12 km drive into the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely, however, the boat is not in top condition after a tough winter. Good fishing.
