Welcome to our newly renovated duplex by an architect, located in the heart of Tours, Paul Bert district, on the banks of the Loire. This charming apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a 4K video projector with sound system. Note that one of the bedrooms is set up in attic. Cleaning fee includes cleaning (€15) , linens and towels provided (€15).
