Stylish 3 bed cottage minutes from the town & sea

We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

Number 76 Broadlands (on the right) is also available to book through the same owner. Decking area with outdoor furniture Own parking space Quiet, secluded location for a relaxing stay Lovely countryside walks, ideal for dog walkers Restaurant/bar on site. Numerous bars, restaurants and pubs nearby. Beach is a 10 minute drive.
