We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

Cottage by the Castle

Located in the beautiful market town of Framlingham, the house over looks the Mere of Framlingham Castle, which is a two minute walk away. A cosy comfortable two bedroom cottage, including fully functional kitchen and bathroom, smart TV and enclosed patio and decking. The cottage is also a couple of minutes walk from ‘The Hill’ which has a great selection of restaurants, shops and pubs. The popular Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within a 30 minute drive.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Surrounded by fields in a small hamlet and situated on our working farm, overlooking churches and fenland, lots of places to walk and admire. Hinderclay Lakes, Thelnetham Windmill, Redgrave and South Lopham Fens on your doorstep. Diss market town and Pakenham Watermill, voted as one of Britain’s best landmarks sites by BBC Countryfile Magazine, 15 minutes away and historic Bury St Edmunds 25 minute drive.

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

The Bakehouse is close to the beach, restaurants and pubs, great for art and culture, family-friendly activities and beautiful walks with great views. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the coziness. My place is good for couples wanting a romantic weekend solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). No car necessary only 5 minutes walk from the accommodation to all amenities

Cosy self-contained annex

You'll have a great time at this fully equipped self contained ground floor self-catering annex. Located in the countryside in a village called Wangford which has two pubs within walking distance, A lovely park with a playing field and a village shop.
