The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Our apartment is located in the Oberallgäu vacation park in Missen-Wilhams. Here is the perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, sledgers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right outside the door here. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the in-house swimming pool and sauna, have a glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit down in the bar in a social circle. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Large windows and south-facing balcony offer a magnificent view of the mountains. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and wax stones and Alpspitze during your breakfast.

The vacation rental is located directly at the Olympia ski stadium and the Partnach Gorge, so the location of the apartment, for hikes, is perfect. You have a fantastic view of the ski jump from the balcony. - Underground parking space incl. - south-west balcony, access from all rooms - 100m from the entrance is a bus stop, you can use the local bus free of charge with the guest card

Die Luftikus Lodge ist sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bergbahn zum Hausberg, den Langlaufloipen und Wanderwegen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gäste lieben die Lodge wegen der herrlichen Umgebung, der guten Ausstattung, sowie der offenen und luftigen Gestaltung. Komfortables Doppelbett und Schlafcouch, Panoramabalkon. Der Bahnhof ist nur ca. 500m entfernt.
