Utting bietet Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Seebad, Klettergarten, Bootsverleih, Minigolf, Biergarten und Tennis. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist ideal für Ausflüge nach München (40 Min.), Augsburg (45 Min.) und in die Alpen (ab ca. 1 Std.). Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Entdecken Sie die Schönheit des Ammersees und der bezaubernden Umgebung!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Modern wooden house 5 minutes from the lake

Only 5 minutes walk from the lake: modern, brand new wooden house with terrace deck and partly covered outdoor area, with barbecue and parking space, perfectly equipped, quiet and completely private. The town centre with shopping facilities, the S-Bahn station and the Steamfersteg can be reached in a 15-minute walk on a path along the lake shore. The beach is freely accessible. An ideal place to stay for couples or a family with children. Arrival days: Saturday or Sunday

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed where 2 children or one adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, cozy folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and the mountains in the other direction. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the lake.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

If you stay at this centrally located property, your family will have all the main points of contact nearby. Lake Ammersee is just 50m from the apartment. You can walk directly to the lake with all your swimsuits. On the lake there are restaurants, cafes, mini golf, bars and ice cream parlors, there is something for everyone. The apartment is therefore not only centrally located but offers great and modern living comfort for your family due to its size.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden is at your disposal. Set in a lakeside rural location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees bordering a pasture with creek and chapel in the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
