Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The Tiroler Bergnestl is a holiday apartment on the lower floor of our detached house. It can only be reached via an external staircase. Approx. 48m2 with Scandinavian flair await you. Enjoy the view of the mountains. The house was not completed until November 2018. Approximately 100m above the house you will reach the most popular hiking trails. Also a bus stop for the city and ski shuttle stops 30m next to us. A 30m2 terrace also belongs only to you: ) See you soon in the Bergnestl.

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen mit schönen Spazierwegen gleich vor der Haustür und dennoch ist das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Skigebiete Hochzeiger und Hoch Imst sind ca. 25 minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Auch die Area 47 ist in weniger als 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auf Wunsch werden auch ein Reisebett für Kinder bis ca. 1 Jahr und ein Stuhl für den Esstisch für die kleinen Gäste bereit gestellt. Der Check In erfolgt online über einen Link.

Fantastic attic apartment just 2 minutes walk from the famous "Benni Raich Bridge". The heart of the property is the large living area, which also includes the large dining room, the spacious kitchen and the passage to the 3rd bedroom. The fireplace adds the finishing touches to the beautiful room. IMPORTANT: Upon arrival, a guest registration must be completed and the local tax of €3 per person per night must be paid. Final cleaning is 80€ cash upon arrival.
