5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Half chalet with garden & balcony - 2' to Ski bus

This chalet is centrally located in the beautiful village of Laax, with a lovely garden featuring a lounge and a balcony with a stunning view. In winter: The house is a 2-minute walk from the ski bus stop, and a 5-minute walk from the ice rink and the beginner's pony lift. In summer: The house is a 4-minute walk from the lake and the indoor swimming pool, and 5 minutes from the newly opened longest treetop path in the world (Senda dil Dragun).

Family apartment + central

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Cosy part of the house (normally 2 bedrooms, from 7 persons 3 bedrooms or on request) in a renovated knitted building, with a fantastic view of the Glarus Alps. The car-free Braunwald impresses in all seasons with a wide range of activities and is ideal for families: skiing, sledging, cross-country skiing, hiking, relaxing in the nearby spa or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.
