Close to natural areas, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (about 20 min), golf courses and shopping in Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram is quiet, beautiful and peaceful at a convenient distance from the new E22. You quickly reach the Öresund region; Malmö (80km) and Copenhagen (110km). Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets, and not least, great food.

Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

It is located in the middle of the harbor level in Hörvik, just a couple of meters from sailboats, and beaches. In the summer you can rent individual rooms or the whole house. During the low season, we only rent out the whole house. Newly renovated where sheets, towels & cleaning are included. During the summer, simpler breakfast can be offered.

The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

The house is built in 1912 and there is a large pool (5x10m), private courtyard, large garden with both green areas and trees, pergola and plenty of room for barbecue dinners. 3 large bedrooms with double beds and extra sofa beds. 5 km to the nearest beaches Löderup Strandbad and Sandhammaren. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub.
