The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and cozy. In the bedroom there is bed 120 cm wide (1-2 pers) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 pers).
