Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden is at your disposal. Set in a lakeside rural location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees bordering a pasture with creek and chapel in the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
