Astara - A complete house in beautiful Schwangau

In the 4*** * (DTV) Ferienhaus Astara you benefit from an excellent location: Neuschwanstein Castle (4.2 km), lakes, Kristalltherme and Tegelbergbahn (approx. 3 km). 3 Bedrooms (for max. 7 adults and 1 child ) and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub are on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the kitchen-living room with living room and conservatory (terrace and garden with mountain view) is the focal point. 4 flat screen TV, WiFi, garden grill and ping pong table provide the right entertainment.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. -Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Comfortable single room near the lake

Our home is a three-generation home. On each floor is an apartment that is inhabited by friendly people. Sometimes it gets a bit turbulent because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The routes to the bakery, the ice cream parlour, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town centre.

Fisherman's house to the beach hotel

Several generations of Ammese fishermen lived in this old fisherman's house. Today, the house (120 sqm) is incl. Garden our beach hotel available for rent. The walking distance to the fishing, the oldest district directly on the lake, to the hotel with direct lake access, make this house your perfect lakeside resort. Located 70 m to the lake and 200 m to the next beach, the Casa Calvin offers 90 sqm space, including a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an amazing garden and a fireplace. The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 7 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.
