Built on a hillside, on the heights of Palombaggia, the villa offers a unspoilable view on the splendid bay. With its large living areas, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, it can host a large family or group of friends, sleeping 14. All rooms in the villa are fully fitted, and open out onto immense terraces with the ocean as far as the eye can see. The heated private swimming pool with an overflow feature is happiness defined. The villa with the pure lines, contemporary and refined decoration, is made up of a livable space of 350 m² and of an external living space of 300m² on a terrace. The villa understands a living room of 70 m², 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with contiguous bathroom, and a garden level which can be completely independent: living room, kitchen, 1 parents room and a dormitory room which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 bathrooms. The external space is distributed between the terraces of the living room, the kitchen, the rooms and the safe beach, with the splendid swimming pool with overflow (10x4m). This villa will enable you to spend unforgettable holiday in family or between friends. The whole villa will be yours as well as its infinite pool 24/7 person here to welcome and assist you with anything you might need. The villa is located on Route de Porra just 800 meters from the Palombaggia beach. It is 9 kilometers from the Porto Vecchio town center and 25 from the airport. Having a car is necessary to go around (no public transport or whatsoever). The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival.
