Our boutique holiday home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The cottage is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak-fish-grat parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box spring beds. This makes this cottage something very special. It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. Natural stone shower, green furnished south-west terrace and 2 balconies.

Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. The average rating of over 450 online reviews is 4.85.

In the middle of a fantastic Allgäu mountain landscape lies in the picturesque, winding village of Niedersonthofen (municipality of Waltenhofen) directly between Kempten, Sonthofen and Immenstadt on beautiful Niedersonthofen Lake, in an Alpine built 500-year-old farmhouse, the quaint cozy 6-room apartment. Here, tedious crafts and tradition paired with lots of Allgäu nature and hospitality meet. Attention to detail has not been made. Pure farm feeling.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
