In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in the lush pastures in summer. A riding area is also available. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Reitverein/- in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of North - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to arrive by car. Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
