In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in the lush pastures in summer. A riding area is also available. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Reitverein/- in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of North - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to arrive by car. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, recreation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dyke. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 children. You can expect duvets and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything except anticipation !

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
