The studio apartment is located in the heart of leafy Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, one of Berlin’s most popular & beautiful neighbourhoods with its many preserved historic buildings. The flat itself has a big balcony and views into the quiet and green courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and offers full access to fresh bed sheets & lines, towels, wifi, and basic cleaning and washing materials. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building. The bed is a good sized double bed (160 width) and the apartment has a little bit of storage space for your clothing. Kitchen and bathroom are newly refurbished with beautiful marble tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a mini hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher as well as a nice working/ eating space looking out onto the balcony. As soon as you step out of the building you have got everything you need on your doorstep. Other amenities - Hairdryer - WiFi - First aid kit - Smoke detectors - Fire extinguisher - Balcony with table and chairs - Washing machine & dryer on request, service for a wash & dry available for 10 EUR - Iron and iron-table on request It's completely your apartment whilst you're staying here, all I am asking for is that you are respectful of the neighbours as well as the apartment and that you don't smoke or have parties. The studio apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, Berlin's most multicultural neighborhood. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and galleries. The underground is a 2 min walk and there is a beautiful park & canal (Hasenheide & Maybachufer) for walks/ jogging next door. The colourful Turkish Market is around the corner and the many vintage and local artisan shops in the beautiful old buildings make this neighborhood a pleasure to stroll through. The apartment is located directly on the underground line U8 (station "Schönleinstrasse") which crosses the center of the city from North to South and hits many tourist spots. The underground station "Schönleinstrasse" is a 2 min walk away. The U7 and U1 underground lines are also nearby and a 5min walk away (station "Hermannplatz" or "Kottbuser Tor") - here you can travel from East to West. The U1 is Berlin's party line as it hits many drinking and clubbing spots. --> to Alexanderplatz/Mitte 8min --> to Berlin Central Station 20min --> to City West/ Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten 20 min --> to Friedrichstrasse/ Brandenburg Gate 15 min --> to Mauerpark 20 min --> to Berlin Tegel Airport 40min --> to Berlin Schönefeld Airport 36min Berlin is also an extremely mobile city when it comes to car/ bike/ moped shares which you can rent for short trips on every corner of the neighbourhood easily with your mobile app. Contact me for information on this if you need. Parking in the area is free but usually requires a bit of searching for a parking spot. Since the 1st of January 2014 all private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on Airbnb and will be collected during your check in. This legislation affects all guests staying in hotels or private accommodation, except for guests staying longer than 21 days, or business travellers who have proof that they are in Berlin professionally. Our gorgeous Art Nouveau apartment is situated in the old Jewish quarter 3 minutes walk from Old Town Square and 7 minutes from Charles Bridge. Although there are 4 steps at the entrance of the apartment building, there is an elevator which will glide you to our fourth floor apartment. We have 2 double bedrooms with king sized beds and a choice of pillows. One bedroom has a balcony the other has an ensuite bathroom both with air conditioning. We have a spacious air conditioned lounge with a high-quality sofa bed with a proper comfortable queen sized mattress and a large single (small double) 150cm standard sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath both have a great selection of cosmetic and sanitary items - please help yourself in an "emergency". We have a 121 cm Samsung TV with over 1,000 satellite programmes and Netflix to chose from. We also provide a data enabled tablet computer for your use during your stay. The block has 24 hour security with the entrance lobby manned between 6 am and 12 pm at night. Re-Imagined Boutique Apartment in Historical Building

The fully furnished and equipped apartment on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) provides comfort to up to 7 persons. It consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen with living area,bathroom, 2 balconies and hallway. The ceiling in the apartment is beautifully renovated showing the original stucco. Enjoy a wonderful combination of historical charm and modern comfort in carefully designed and renovated apartment in the historical center of Prague. No need to even take the subway/tram/cabs as it's within walking distance of all the main tourist spots. Just 1 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 4 minutes walk to the Clockwork at Old Town Square. The apartment itself is peaceful, as its double windows are brand new copies of the original ones which reduce potential noise. Two of its bedrooms are onto inner courtyards so these are even more quiet. It has a spacious living room, large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms - one with two single beds, the other with a double-bed. Free Wi-fi, smart TV with internet access and satellite are included. The first bedroom has a double bed, night tables, chest of drawers, chair and wardrobe. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, renovated antique arm chair, chest of drawers and door to the balcony. From the balcony you can see the entrance tower of Charles Bridge on the left, Four Seasons hotel in front and Rudolfinum Concert Hall on the right side. The third bedroom is the smallest and has a single bed, charming windows and the entrance to the second balcony, which is more quiet as it leads to the courtyard. The spacious living room has a large and comfortable sofa, smart TV with internet access, satellite, coffee table, CD player, dining table with chairs. The kitchen (which is part of the living room) is equipped with a cooking-stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom contains shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine, toilet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with modern design appliances and fixtures. You can connect to the internet via WiFi or via ethernet cable as the plugs for data cables are in every room. Right on the ground-floor of the building there is a mini market opened until late in the evening. Next door, you find an exchange office and at the corner is pub/restaurant Kozlovna with typical czech food and great beer. There is an endless choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and bakeries in the neighborhood, in which you may sample both Czech and international cuisine. There are also numerous tourist sites in the area, charming craft shops as well as many self-catering options, including supermarket, pharmacy and others. The apartment is located right between Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, and Rudolfinum Concert Hall. All of the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are within walking distance. There are also bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The closest secured garage parking is located underneath the ' Rudolfinum Concert Hall ' (Alsovo nabrezi 11 Street), which is within 2 minutes’ walk. The tram stop Staromestska is 50 meters from the apartment. The metro station Staromestska is just 150 meters. From the airport by public transport (duration approx. 50 min): buy a ticket for 32 Czk/person (you can buy it also in the bus), go by bus number 119 to NADRAZI VELESLAVIN (last stop) and change for metro (subway). Take the metro (subway) at NADRAZI VELESLAVIN - green line A. Go to STAROMESTSKA stop, it is 5 stops only. Exit the train, go to the left, go upstairs (escalators) and you are in a vestibule. Then go to front left exit, then go to the left and around the corner to the left to Krizovnicka street. After 50 take you will find number 6. From the Main train station take a tram No. 9 or 5 (the tram stop is 2-3 minutes walk in front of the station) and go to VACLAVSKE NAMESTI stop. It is just 1 stop. From the tram stop go to the metro (subway) and go to STAROMESTSKA stop, it is 1 stop only. Exit the train, go upstairs (escalators) and you are in a vestibule. Then go to front left exit, then go to the left and around the corner to the left to Krizovnicka street. After 50 take you will find number 6.

A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.
