Wonderful house my in Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Mediterranean feel in Österlen! Idyllic farmhouse in top shape. Bright, beautiful, tasteful. Whitewashed walls, beautiful tile floors, large light entry, and open in the nock. Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. The annex is new and 55 sqm . It has all the amenities you need on your vacation. Comfortable double bed with hotel feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Private cozy barbecue area/patio. Great WiFi and TV with Chromecast. Distance: The harbor with restaurants and ice cream bars: 700m, Grocery store: 600m, Event area: 700m Golf course: 2000m, Wonderful beach: 600m. Don 'T forget cleaning IS not included!

Quiet and quiet where you can be in peace, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No visibility inside the cabin. The cottage has oil salt and pepper. Tea and toilet paper 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft that kids love. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Skåne's 3 best spa nearby. 15 min m car to Sjöbo.

Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Äppelviken. Vackert hem vid sjö och naturreservat.

Slappna av i vårt lilla retreat med egen brygga och stor tomt. Drick kaffet på balkongen, blicka mot stjärnhimllen genom takfönstret ovanför sängen, lyssna på favoritpodden från altanen med milsvid utsikt eller häll upp ett glas vin i drinkvrån. Regnar det? Öppna de stora dubbeldörrarna i matrummet och bara njut! Hemmet ger möjlighet till såväl avskildhet som gemenskap. I omgivningarna finns oändliga promenadstigar och fina cykelleder. Vi tillhandahåller 2 cyklar och två kajaker.
