The villa has two separate accommodation units (fully furnished), so if you are with your friends, you can be apart and yet together. On the ground floor there is an apartment with one bedroom, and on the first floor there are two rooms apartment. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as their terraces.

Beachfront House with Jacuzzi Zadar

The apartment itself was fully renovated and is equipped with all new furniture and appliances. The old city is only 10 minutes walking. The apartment is only 10 meters from the beach and Caffe Bar Marex. The beautiful beach with a cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ), the market is 150 meters from the apartment. This lovely apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples and couples with kids because it has a private garden with a Jacuzzi.

Charming pet-friendly house for 5 people in Seline, Croatia. The house has a private garden with a lawn and it is perfect for families. It was renovated in 2019. The beach is just 5 minutes away on foot and Mala Paklenica National Park is 15 minutes away. There is fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine), laundry room with a washing machine, private, fenced 500 m2 garden with a barbecue and a trampoline and air conditioning and smart TV in both bedrooms.

PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
