It's a cozy 27 sqm unit in the middle of the desert, right off the beautiful route 40, located ina small, new neighborhood. You may come here to work, to hike or simply to chill. On weekdays it may get a bit noisy due to local construction, but at 4 pm till 7 am it's always as quiet as you can imagine.
