This large 7 bedroom house (6 double bedrooms & sleeps 15) is on Downs View and enjoys one of the best locations in Bude. It is just a few minutes level walking distance from Crooklets and Summerleaze sandy beaches and has amazing views over the golf course across to the sea. The house has its own parking for up to 4/5 cars and additional free parking out the front. The house also has a large front lounge, a huge dining room and 6 bathrooms/toilets. The house also has a front and rear garden.

Welcome to our newly decorated cottage- We hope you like it!The cottage is right on the footpath to the beach and a perfect spot for accessing all Croyde has to offer. There is also a sunny courtyard with a bbq for you sit out and enjoy the evening after a busy day on the beach. We have free parking for one car and happy to welcome your dog too. There's a wetroom for board and wetsuit storage and shower for washing off sand. Light the firepit and watch the sunset with a glass of something cold.
