The outside deck offers views over the surrounding neighbourhood and paddocks with beautiful sunsets on the right night. A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or groups. 4 bedrooms 1 x king 1 x queen / office desk 1 x queen 1 x triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top kids only - 100kg max) Master with newly renovated ensuite. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
