Comfortable apartment with individual amenities!

In the nearby there are good shopping facilities an indoor thermal bath with sauna, fitness and wellness. A number of trails and bike paths. The historic, old town of Wetzlar with its half-timbered houses, the cathedral and many attractions. You'll love my place because of the view, high ceilings, the location, the surroundings and the kindness of the people. My place is nice for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and big groups.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 sqm) in the Weilburg district Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a parking space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video door intercom. Beautiful, very bright little apartment absolutely central just 100 meters from the Elisabeth Church with everything needed. Cozy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bath - all new and very clean. Very quiet house in the most central location.
