Welcome to our holiday Villa on a beautiful Recreation Park in Sint Maarten NH. With a lovely heated outdoor pool, playground, trampoline and a beautiful Parkhuys with billiards. At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with any kind of luxury you'll need and includes new and comfortable furniture. In the area you'll find many bars and restaurants, easy access to public transport and 2 large green parks. Rent a bike and within 15 minutes you are in the city center!

This detached house is located in Bungalowpark de Wielen with a shared pool and a playground. Our house has about 85m² living space and a 450m² garden around it. It is fully equipped with anything you might need. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, a newly renovated kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven, the dining area for up to 6 persons and the cozy living room area with a TV and a fireplace. On the top floor are the 3 bedrooms and an extra WC.
