Small vacation home (60 sqm) in Werder. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Quietly located on the edge of the field - just 500 m airline away from a forest lake with sandy beach. The swimming spots of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are accessible by bike. 8 km away is the Spargelhof Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife sanctuary. Worthwhile excursion destinations are, among other things, the painter's village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havel lakes by boat.

Situated in the heart of one of Berlin‘s favorite neighborhoods, the flat is quietly tucked away from the pulse of the city. It has been lovingly remodeled and filled with unique decor. Surrounded by all the great city perks. 5 min walk to U1, U3 Görlitzer 10 min walk to U8, U1, U3 Kottbusser Tor Well equipped kitchen, bathtub, three large and cozy beds. No traditional living room with a tv as we have set up or home to accommodate large dinners and hosting friends. Great for kids!

Spacious, bright and right in the middle of the 2nd floor of an original old Berlin building Surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops, it is still quiet. Many sights such as the Museum Island, the Wall Memorial, Hackescher Markt and Oranienburger Straße can be easily explored on foot from here. Public transport is only a few minutes away.

Since July 2018, we have been operating 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children. We welcome guests from all over the world! Breathtaking views over the Beetzsee, access to the hotel's own beach and a boat mooring, a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground for romping around and a sauna for relaxing. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday grounds is also possible by arrangement.

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.
