Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

Comfortable large twin bed (1.80x2.00). Coffee- and teamaker and minibar with cheap drinks (you can bring your own too). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km).
