The property is disinfected after each rental. It is a self-contained accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views over the valley. Private access. Private parking Accommodates 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with a sofa 3 places. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm and 140 cm, a shower room with large shower and sink. Separate WC. The living room and one bedroom have air-conditioned.
