Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Relax with your family in this peaceful place. Our 3rd apartment is about 40 m² in size and we have built it handicap accessible. ! Only in late summer 2024 will the access via the garden probably be completely wheelchair accessible. The apartment is lovingly furnished; has an almost complete deep window front on the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the countryside, into the garden, into the mountains is unique. You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.
