The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. We are renting a large, bright and new 80.00 m2 apartment that has a 15.00 m2 private terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. It is equipped with designer furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped: vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its four beds furnished with high-density mattresses. The living room has a large window with remote control awning. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them with toilet, bidet and bathtub, and the other one with toilet and shower. It also has three large closets, AC / heating in each room, cable TV, a flat 24” LCD screen and free WIFI Internet connection available. It is located in a fine, nice area, just 10 blocks from Serrano Square, the heart of Palermo, famous for its designer shops, exclusive restaurants and nightlife. 2 blocks from the apartment we find the new commercial hub of fashion outlets in Aguirre Street. Public transport is another important asset: It is conveniently located between two stations on the Metro line B, ('Malabia' and 'Dorrego') from where we can reach the old Central Market 'Abasto' in just 5 minutes or the Obelisk, in downtown city in 15 minutes. Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

You will love my apartment is very spacious with two floors and individual entrance type house totally recycled, it is in front very well located since it is in an area of villa crespo just two blocks from PALERMO . It is just a few blocks from Metro Line B (subway) and Plaza Serrano. There are many bars, restaurants, cultural centers and supermarkets like theaters in the surroundings. The area is very safe and bright at night with great movement on weekends. It's close to everything

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)
