Berlinque - Lots of space near the sea!

House on walled ground of 700m2 for their Children and Pets, 120m from the beach, At Condomínio Recanto das Pérolas on the sea side. Circule in peace and security. We have Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms (all with ceiling fans and bedding), 3 bathrooms and a shower back from the beach. Kiosk with a table: assembles the family outdoors for dinner and play, in this space equipped with Pia, Wood Furnace and Churasqueira that makes a beautiful pair with the Horizontal Freezer of the kitchen. Welcome!

Villa Ilha do Sol

I am inserted in one of the best cond. of the Island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for bathing and water sports practice, we have a promenade for walking by the sea, children playground, kiosk and football pitch. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 01 master suite and qrto with bath. in the house and attached + one suite. Pool, full gourmet area and for your greatest comfort a balcony with hammock for you to take that nap or chat !!!!

Excellent house, with 6 bedrooms (5 en-suites) newly built, foot on the sand, in the best location on the island. It depends on a maid, with a bunk bed and private bathroom. Capacity up to 18 guests. Condominium with soccer field and playground in front of the house. Come with your friends and family, enjoy the best beach considered Caribbean in the northeast. We have bed linen and bath towels upon prior request and payment of the washing fee of R$30.00 (per kit) at check in.

The location is privileged, with great options for tours.
