Arrival at the condominium can be done by speedboat through the Bay (we have a pier) or by Ba 001, by Catu de Cacha Pregos. ❌We charge ENERGY at PIX (1.30 kw) ❌Bedding (20.00) per bed. We do not offer towels.

Berlinque - Lots of space near the sea!

House on a 700m2 walled property for your Children and Pets, 120m from the beach, in the Recanto das Pérolas Condominium on the sea side. Get around in peace and security. We have Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms (all with ceiling fans and bedding), 3 bathrooms and a shower for when you return from the beach. Kiosk with a table: gather the family outdoors for dinner and play in this space equipped with a sink, wood-burning oven and barbecue grill that pairs beautifully with the kitchen's horizontal freezer. Welcome!

Ilha do Sol Villa

I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Our house is located on the crown beach, close to the biggest shops in the region. in a quiet condominium 3 min walk from a quiet beach, excellent for bathing There are 3/4 air-conditioned, being a suite. In addition, Casa is Nascente total, bringing ventilation and surrounded by 120m² of balcony and 200m² of lawn. Equipped with kitchen utensils, cooktop, microwave, oven, internet, TV 50', netflix.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
