New build luxurious beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival.

Large stylish log cabin for up to 8 on idyllic historic estate "Alvasjön" in the middle of the forest next to Sweden's largest private lake. Surrounded by one of Sweden's most beautiful nature reserves and best sport fishing areas. Fantastic swimming, walking, cycling, canoeing and blueberry picking and mushrooming in a serene and beautiful environment. Use (at own risk) of boats, canoes and mountain bikes. Get the kids away from their phones and tablets and out on adventures!

Cozy cottage close to the Varamonbeach in Motala

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Small cottage on the host family's plot. Smaller bedroom with a loft bed 120+80 Small living room with TV and sofa bed 140x200cm. Closet in both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and micro. The WC and the shower with water heater. Furnished balcony with roof. Only 150 m to the lovely grocery beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sand bottom great for families. There are 2 restaurants close by by the water.
