The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

The accommodation has a hall, a well equipped kitchenette, dining area and a cozy living room as well as a bedroom with two comfortable beds. Shower/WC is available in nearby building (50m) just like in bygone times.

Välkommen till ett nytt fräsch boende 5 meter från sjön. Koppla av och njut av lite lyx och frisk luft. Dubbelsäng på loftet och bäddsoffa 140 cm i källarplanet. Tänk på att huset har en öppen planlösning mellan alla plan vilket gör privatlivet lite begränsat. Hit kommer man i första hand kommer för att slappna av och vila upp sig. Men vill man göra saker så finns det många alternativ! Vintern är som regel mycket snörik. Hassela Ski Resort är nära med bil, ca 15 min. Spabadet stängt under -15gr.

Nearby are Sweden's Midpoint, Sweden's longest wooden bridge Vikbron, Getberget slalom slope, Hussborgs Golf-conference facility, Jämtgaveln's nature reserve, Mid Adventure Fun Park. Close to ski and snowmobile trails, bathing area. Fränsta is located in Ljungandalen, an open,scenic area around the river Ljungan. Hunting licenses for small game are available for purchase.

Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.

With us you can vacation on a small farm. On the farm, among other things, a dog that greets happily welcome all guests and two cuddly cats. In direct vicinity to the house/patio there is a sandbox with slide and a swing that offers play.
