Live like a local!!! ❤️ This Spanish home is in Castellon's city centre, there’s cafes, tapas bars pubs & shops in the vicinity. A 10min walk will take you to the bus for the beach, only a 15min drive from the flat. My friend Merche will do the check in and I will be avaliable for recommendations & queries. We will give you all the tips to live, eat & drink like a local! The house has been partly refurbished, new wiring,bathroom, cooker, aircon and heating system, and bedroom furniture.

Este precioso apartamento acaba de terminar su reforma y está deseando que vengas a conocerlo , es una bombonera , diseñado con todo detalle y calidades . Muy soleado ya que es orientación sur, desde su salón y el dormitorio principal dan el sol durante todo el día . Zona de colegios , comercios, tiendas de barrio , varios supermercados y también tanto medios de transporte.

Apartment well located, in a very good location. Close to the Joaquín Sorolla subway station and next to the Ave station and 10 minutes from the North station. Located next to the longest street that runs through Valencia. My house is very close to the historic center and the old case. Also available line 27 that leads to the historic center. Apartment with electricity, all day. Private parking front apartment, very large closed. Additional price per night of 10 euros.

1st floor 55 square metre apartment in Ruzafa, the heart of Valencia. Recently refurbished and with all the facilities. Surrounded by supermarkets, shops and trendy bars. It has double glazed windows, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sofa that might be used for sleeping too ( not taller 1,75- 5,9). Even if the building is in perfect clean condition, throughout the coming months the entrance hall is to be improved and the staircase will be painted.
