We are waiting for you with a comfortable room with 2 beds and private bathroom. You can move around in the hours that accommodate you, as we have the keys. Our house has patio and Pellet heating "all the magic of the south". Located 15' from the center and 18 from the UACH, with collective locomotion one block away. Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in our house, here we will welcome you with all the newen!!! We include a rich breakfast, coffee or tea, bread, butter, jam, yogurt.

Comfortable Double Room with Southern Breakfast

For guests there is a bedroom with a double bed, Wifi, desk, candle, lamp and closet, private bathroom equipped with tub, shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer and towels. Breakfast is served at a time to arrange. If they come with children under 10 years old, please let us know, to prepare something special for children. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very close to the Calle Calle River and the road to Antilhue, known for its magnificent beauty.

Spacious single room with a square and a half box spring, located next to the shared bathroom, we live two adults and a small pet (cat), in a traditional and residential neighborhood with live and fence fence, covered garage-terrace where you can chat, eat, smoke. Locomotion half a block away to all parts of the city, including to the coast. Close to bank, supermarket and three blocks away from Costanera and civic neighborhood.
