A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

Roubenka with three bedrooms, for 10 people(2+4+4), two bathrooms, living space, small kitchenette with basic equipment. The kitchen doesn't have an oven, just a microwave. Equipment: two-burner cooker, kettle, dining room service (plates, bowls, glasses - water, wine, mugs), basic dishes (pots, pans, board, grater, openers, spoons, etc.), small fridge as a part of the line.

i love this place, the view from the windows, the proximity to the skis, the peace and quiet. The house was built by my father and grandfather 40 years ago :) 3 years ago the house underwent a thorough renovation from the roof to the wine cellar:) now serves as a comfortable refuge in the mountains. We go there as soon as time allows us to enjoy the silence,freedom and sights.
