Very tastefully furnished in shades of white, blue and light blue, it is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen-dining room, loft with sofa bed. Outside various shaded spaces, shower and covered parking.

This delightful cottage is located on Monte Argentario, in the heart of a large park shaded by centuries-old olive trees and numerous Mediterranean plants, arranged on terraces sloping along the ridge. The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica.
