Central, cozy and bright apartment with great view from its own, sunny balcony. The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to everything. Walking distance to the city center, 5 min to train and bus and Solsidens selection of restaurants and shops. Double bed (1.50 m.) in bedroom and also sofa bed in the living room (1.40 m.) with the possibility of sleeping space for two. Has washer/dryer. Flexible access with app controlled key solution. End apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. Paid street parking only (3h).

Great apartment of 45 sqm, ski in/out.

Apartment of about 45 sqm. Terrace with a lovely view. Kitchen deposited in 2020. Perfect for the ones that just want to enjoy nice mountain hikes on foot skiing or biking. Ski in/out, put on your slalom gear and walk for 2 minutes, then you're in the ground. (Stølen) Free parking right by the door. Located a Grendahus in the neighborhood, they sell some food and drinks. Here there is a cozy patio, fire pit with seating area around Usually open here on weekends. 2 TVs in the apartment with Appel TV. Enjoy your stay👍

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakkegata" is just outside and takes you to/from the airport. Send a message to book :-)

Lovely Apartment by the Fjord

Top floor apartment with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden and only 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing yet urban holiday, or for working remotely. You will hear the soothing sound of waves against the shore while sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several parks and footpaths nearby. There is a beach just outside the building where you can enjoy baths all year round. If you like hiking, there are entries into Bymarka only minutes away.

Cozy 2-bedrooms top floor apartment in quiet one way street close to Trondheim city center. It's located 5 min walk from Solsiden and everything Trondheim has to offer within walking distance. 3-4 min walk to supermarkets and public transportation (incl. airport shuttle bus). The apartment has a nice balcony with a great view over Trondheim for your morning coffee, and in the winter you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy yourself a hot cup of tea and your favorite book.

Modern apartment in peaceful neighborhood Delicious kitchen, large living room and inviting bathroom. Big balcony with afternoon and evening sun. Beautiful Nidelven runs right by with a nice hiking trail along the shore. The apartment is located very centrally with walking distance to locations such as Trondheim Spektrum, NTNUU (Kalvskinnet, Øya and Gløshaugen), St Olavs Hospital, Nidaros Cathedral, Lerkendal and the city center.

Helt ny leilighet med unik beliggenhet helt i vannkanten ved Trondheimsfjorden. Kun 10 minutter fra Trondheim sentrum. Busstopp like ved. Leiligheten er moderne dekorert og tilbyr den beste utsikten tenkelig. Gratis Wifi og parkering. Verdt å merke seg er at man må gå en lang trapp fra parkeringa og ned til huset.
