Ambiance tranquille, décor très végétale, il faut aimer les animaux ! (présence de 3 chats et dune chienne)petit magasin de dépannage et pharmacie (200m), plage (10 min à pied), ville ( 10 min à pied), supermarché (15 min à pied), l'église (1 minute à pied).arret de bus(50m) Le quartier est assez calme les week-end et pendant les vacances scolaires,sinon plutôt très bruyant aux heures de pointe,présence d'une école élémentaire assez proche.
