The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Light on the hill 2, silence near city, parking p.

The organic holiday house "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus ländl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It was optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy side.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach (including a swim area) with its beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The bedroom has a double bed. The edge of the forest is 100 m away. You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3,5km away. Also ideal for cycling tours on the Moselle - and Kylltalradweg.
