House Iris is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway..

The apartment is located in the attic and is about 70sqm. One bedroom with double bed, a living room with small sofa bed and balcony, a kitchen with electrical appliances, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and the S-Bahn stop is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are beverage markets/ supermarket and a pizzeria.

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church.
