It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. dear guests, please consider this is not a hotel with reception desk 24/7 ;-) You will have your own 2 room flat , on the top floor of a 1920 ( 2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended. The unit can be locked . You will have 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm). Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. An outdoor area for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. Barbecue can also be done here. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.
