　It is a good accommodation for groups.The large living room has plenty of board games for everyone to play with.Spacious veranda with a nice sunset. 　There are several sightseeing trails with sightseeing boats (5min walk), a famous sightseeing boat station in Tochigi (5min walk), and a 30-minute sightseeing map with a sightseeing map in one hand.I recommend sightseeing in Tochigi City for an early check-in. 　Recommended near hot springs, Tochigi Onsen Yuru no Sato (10 minutes by car), Kashiwakura Onsen Taikokanaku (15 minutes by car), Tamagawa-no-Yu (Kinfishyu) where you can taste the feeling of Showa retro. In spring, you can buy strawberries (15 minutes by car), Ohirai Vineyard Complex (15 minutes by car) in the summer, Shinemouth Cut, and unusual grape hunting and tasting.Sambozan Park for families (25 minutes by car) 　Secure meeting areas that can be used for work. 　Whiteboards, conference desks, chairs (12 pcs), projectors and screens are also available. 　It is located 15 minutes on foot from Tochigi station station on foot4 Km from Tochigi Interchange (10 minutes).A convenience store, a drug store, a bakery, a tobu, and a bank and post office are within walking distance.Starbucks is a 2 minute walk.It is an ideal environment for long-term use.

The apartment is on the east side of Tokyo since 1969. It is Japanese Quiet residential area a little old apartment. 6min to subway station from Apartment. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi is about 50 minutes by subway. Make sure to confirm the location of the apartment and make a reservation.
