The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. One SZ, living room with kitchen and a bathtub are provided. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you can reach us in about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

The old farmhouse is a stone's throw from the Voigdehäger See, picturesque between old chestnuts and lion bushes. It is only a 5-minute drive to the lively harbor of the Hanseatic city. The island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 10 minutes without having to cross city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished.
