Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye, the guest house built in 2021 is located on a part of our site. There are sleeping places for four people, two in double bedrooms and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse has its own wind sheltered patio. Here, all seasons have a fancy. It is 200 meters to rocks with a bathing ladder. A more than a mile away, there is a municipal swimming area with piers. There are good opportunities for walking/hiking and excursions at Tjörn. Hero protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The house is centrally located with sea views in the picturesque fishing community, only 40 meters from the steamboat dock with ferry connection to Härön and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach. On Härön is the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal band. Paddle ball courts are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 minutes by car).

The patio is big and a lovely place to have dinner!
