Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a huge wood burning hot tub (hot when you arrive), gym, and firepit in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course half a mile north, and shops and pub 1/4 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: There are no additional charges. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
