Pool Villa in Tranquil Rural Surroundings Near Ping River

The house has 2 en suite bedrooms plus a reception/kitchen in a brand new open plan pavilion. The house and pavilion are linked under one roof and an integrated wooden deck. A walkway leads to the swimming pool. Accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child -Bedroom 1 is reached up a short flight of covered steps and has a queen size bed and seating Suitable for a couple with a small child or a couple. Facilities include TV, minibar plus coffee and tea-making. - Bedroom 2 has its own entrance directly onto covered decking area, and features one double-bed plus a loft platform that fits a single mattress. Similar sleeping permutations and facilities to Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have bathrooms lined with hand made local tiles, while furnishings include new beds/mattresses, solid wooden furniture and decorations including owner’s antique and contemporary art. The pavilion is a high-ceilinged reception room-cum-kitchen, with a generous and well - appointed seating area and double-width sliding doors giving straight onto a substantial covered hardwood deck ( 20sq m) that features a solid wood outdoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a built-in breakfast counter. The pool is connected by a short raised walkway to the deck and has its own surround with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and faced It uses the latest salt filtration technology. Swimming pool, partly covered and outdoor decking area plus landscaped garden. The house is in the same compound as the owner’s family home but set apart and entirely private. Guests can walk over if they should need anything (or simply contact us via the usual social media apps). The property is secluded but secure. The property sits down a quiet tree-lined lane that ends at the Ping river, on the edge of a village surrounded by rice fields. Life here still revolves around the agricultural seasons, and it was this accessible ‘slow life’ that attracted the owner. We recommend guests consider car hire if they intend to do a lot of sightseeing (as places of interest can be quite spread out). Equally there are plentiful options if you prefer to hire a car plus driver (on a daily rate), or for single trips local taxis (GRAB) are easy to get. We provide bicycles free of charge for those who want to explore the back lanes; motorcycles are also available by arrangement. Breakfast is optional Home cooked dinner is available Please note! The property is about 20-30 minutes from the city (depending on time of day and exact destination), but its rural situation makes it most suitable for those looking to enjoy the unhurried pace of local life, whether as a base for sightseeing or taking it easy by the pool. IWhile there are good local dining options within a short drive - and there is a very good ‘GRAB’ (Uber equivalent ride-hailing app service) - there are no real amenities within walking distance, and zero nightlife!

The unit is newly-renovated and decorated in minimal style. The total area is 78 Sq M, divided by a sliding glass door, for one relax and comfortable bedroom and one living room with kitchen, dining table and TV unit. Wi-fi connection is provided with fiber optic TV channels. It is the entire room for occupancy. You can use the swimming pool and other facilities. The swimming pool is good, but the gym is small. Please comply with and observe time and rules when using. As Beverly Tower is the small low-rise condominium, so please act in good manner and do not make excessive noise that may disturb the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the other owners. Explore nearby to find convenience stores and supermarkets, or walk for only 10 minutes to the Nana BTS Skytrain Station to venture to Siam Square. Our place is close to public transportation. You can walk for 10 minutes, recommended morning and evening, to Nana BTS (Skytrain) Station which you can take inbound way to Siam Square (Siam Paragon and Siam Center) passing Central Chidlom and Central World and further to Weekend Market (Chatuchak Station), and if you take outbound route, it would take you to Asoke Station which is interchange for MRT (Subway) and right at the Station, Terminal 21 - popular shopping and food complex. Going BTS further outbound to Promphong Station, you will reach Emquartier/Emporium Shopping Complex, and further to Thonglor Station which is the most trendy and vibrant area for fusion dining, drinking and entertaining. Upon first arrival, the security guard will have a small checking with you before letting you into the premises. No worry - the guard will be advised of your arrival times and period of stay.

Walking is a great way to discover Chiang Mai. If you need to go further away, use Grab (most fares are between 50-70 baht). If you are unfamiliar with Chiang Mai, I can offer you airport transfer to and from the airport. I charge 300 Baht I also offer WIFI HotSpot (pocketWIFI) with unlimited data for 150 Baht per day.
