This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Elmden is a beautiful two bedroom cottage set back off of the historic market town high street of Buntingford. A real hidden gem, full of period features. Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. With ample scenic countryside walks and bridle ways on our doorstop, you're truly spoilt for choice. *We now use an Electrostatic Sprayer to disinfect all surface and soft furnishings. *

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. Or swim in it.
