House located in private reserve. The house has air conditioning in the main room, (wifi, tvcable), comfortable and clean beds, impeccable bathroom and kitchen, own garage, . The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping square, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from the Port of San Blas. Transportation service ( urban, taxis and combis).

Casa Abi, excellent location 25 minutes from the beach

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores just around the corner from the house, self-service store 5min away, shopping plaza 10min away, Playa San blas 25min, park 5min away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has garage for one car with measurements (2.40meters high, 4.80meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to University (UBC) and Tepic Technology. We are located just 10min away from factories like Dräxlmaier and ATR.

This unique place has its own style. 100% family, discretion, beautiful views of the city and just 25 mins away from the beach. it has two bedrooms one double and the other queen, bathroom with hot and cold water, living room with screen and wifi, ample parking for a car and easy access, pets are accepted.

Relax with the whole family at this place where tranquility is breathable. Located in front of one of the most iconic parks in the city. The mall and a few blocks from the crow. It has ONLY one air conditioning equipment in the main bedroom, type minisplit. The other bedrooms feature a ceiling fan.
