Beautiful new house on 5 acres on the west side of rustic Templeton. It is set in the middle of the central coast wine country. Fully furnished with warm comfortable decor. Spacious master bedroom with cal king bed, walk in shower, and slider to back patio. Large guest bedroom with queen size four poster bed. Full size guest bathroom. Q sofa bed in LR. Large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Modern, spacious kitchen ideal for entertaining. Very close to wineries and restaurants.

This separate unit is on the end of the garage of a single family home that is off a cul de sac road with limited homes. Centrally located & less than .5 miles to Templeton’s historic downtown, Community Park with several events including a Farmers Market every Saturday, Vineyard Rd with multiple wineries, Trader Joe’s, Pier 46 restaurant, & dog park. Very walkable/bikeable area and very close to Tin City and neighbors Paso Robles. Even 25 min from Morro Bay. Contactless check in and check out.

Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.
